An adorable New Zealand fur seal/kekeno I captured on the Shelter Islands in Doubtful Sound, South Island. The fur seal colony there can be seen lying in the sun, or swimming close by, foraging for food. They call out to each other and compete for their perfect spot on the rocks to rest. I fell in love with these seals and was able to capture great shots of their colourful personalities.
